A bit more about me…
I’m Fred.
Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working in leadership roles, supporting teams, solving problems and helping other people navigate challenges. On the surface, things often looked successful and well put together.
Like many people, though, there were times when life felt more complicated underneath. Personal loss, change, relationships and my own therapeutic journey led me to become increasingly curious about what shapes us, how we relate to ourselves and others, and what helps people create meaningful change in their lives.
Today, I offer a warm, collaborative space where people can explore whatever feels important to them. My approach is grounded in the belief that we all develop ways of coping that make sense given our experiences, even when those patterns no longer serve us.
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a significant step. My hope is to offer a space where you can bring whatever is going on for you, without judgement, pressure or expectation.
